Week 2 has come and gone. it was fun week with filled with traveling and hanging out with new friends. i now know how to navigate the train system a bit and my danglish is pretty fancy.i have visited all parts of town in Ilmenau i think. got to go in a mine and ride a short lil train. i am still really tired. i feel like that will never go away. all in all it has been a great week and i look forward to the next. as much as i would like to stay here forever i miss my friends a bit and i wish they could have come with me. that is my main thought upon returning home and the only good part about it really. i will see my friends=). i still am pretty terrified of the plane ride home but i will suck it up i suppose and deal with it...or just take a large dose of sleeping pills and pass out.
as far as what my class is doing for the final project.....i don't really know. the teacher had one lame idea and the rest of the Russian kids have some thoughts about doing something better. i know they will.i think i might just sit it out. who knows.
at any rate i suppose the next post i will make will be from my prison cell in America.stay tuned or just turn it off already.
