I have made the mission home.On the way i saw the coast of Ireland ^.^
The highlight of the program for me was traveling.I saw maybe 5 different cities and met some good people along the way. i also have gotten a little better at understanding the German language even though i am horrible at speaking it. i am however fluent in my own form of danglish 0.o......
In class i had a great review of things i had forgotten and learned some new things about German culture. i wasn't a fan of my teacher but i did learn some stuff indeed. I also really liked the phonetik lessons. i wish there were a class for that or a lesson in phonetik each day. the phonetik teacher was a really sweet and east going lady.
The thing that surprised me the most about living in German culture is the great effort they take to recycle. Kaufland's bottle machine was neat to me. Wish they would do that here. Another thing that caught me off guard is the out right rudeness. people were just rude for no reason sometimes and it kinda sucked. i suppose assholes are all over the world so it should not surprise me.
in the end i had a lot of fun over the last three weeks. i met some great people and had good times.i always wanted to get over the pond and now that i have i want to go back. maybe Ireland next?
